This is Chuck Billy, Lead singer of Testament. One of my most favorite bands. This is also my first crack at portrait of someone.
Okay I decided the other version didn't cut so I actually went out and got some decent drawing pencils. I improved the shading a hole lot, and tweaked a few things.
